Scarlett Point Resort is a private property comprising nine luxury Villas. we are family owned.
The Villas front the Magnatawan River on the north side and Perry Lake on the south.
Spectacular water views from every Villa.
This hidden oasis is situated in Kearney, in the heart of The Amalguin Highlands.
Within 15 minutes of Algonquin Provincial Park, spanning 7000 square kilometres with 1500
pristine lakes.
Our Villas are ideal for a family or a group retreat. The top floor Master bedroom consists of
either One Hilton King bed or Two Hilton Queen beds with a private ensuite bathroom and a
walk-in closet, alongside a stylish loft room including a Hilton Queen bed, which opens up to a private second-story patio. The main floor has a private bedroom a Hilton queen bed, a
walk-in closet, and the main floor bathroom including a shower area.
The lower level has two more Hilton Queen beds. A recreation room for extra privacy. There is NO bathroom on the lower level.

Complete kitchen including most necessary appliances.
Personal BBQ, private fire pit and private dock included.
Minimum Guest Age to rent is: 21 years of age
This Luxury Villa consists of three levels and total square footage of 2,700 feet.
Accommodates easily 6-8 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 Bedrooms plus a Loft.

Sauna. Bring your own beach towels.
Canoe, kayaks, and a rowboat are available for use.
Please bring your own life jackets. Lifejackets are required at all times when on a boat.
Children under 12 must be supervised at all times by an adult, water safety is a priority.
Fire-pit for each villa located lakeside.
Barbecue propane (if required) may be purchased from Fetterley’s gas station at your own expense. Do not borrow another villa's tank please.
A small fishing boat with an outboard motor may be reserved and rented for $100 per day. Please contact Maili @ 647 880 3186 if you are interested.

Please be mindful of noise level, it is important to remain respectful of your neighbours.
Dogs must remain under control and/or leashed at all times when on the property.
Guests must follow township fire rules at all times.
Campfires may not be started until after 6 pm, and are not allowed during a fire ban.
Winter daytime burning may be allowed. Please check the township fire rating during your
stay.
Parking is complimentary.
Please advise management of any items damaged, broken, or missing in your villa.
Our team will automatically charge your credit card if things are broken or missing.
Return your plates, glasses, coffee cups, wine openers to your Villa if you travel to visit other guests during your stay to avoid charges.

All Villas have 3 private patios, a private dock, access to shared canoes and kayaks, a
private fire pit, and beach access.
Please ensure proper hand-washing and use of sanitizing stations throughout the property.

Building Access Information
Scarlett Point easy access loading straight out in front of your villa, avoiding parking on all grass areas, please. Parking is available on the property right opposite the front of each villa. Each guest is supplied a door code within 24 hours of arrival.
A warm welcome phone call or onsite manager will be available for any questions or concerns.
Please contact Maili or Richard for all emergencies.
Check-In @ 4 pm
Scarlett Point host will contact you within 24 hours of arrival or welcome you at the property to answer any questions. Easy loading zone at the front entrance of your villa staircase. A door code will be provided to you within 24 hours of arrival.
Check-Out @ 10 am
Our guests appreciate how clean and organized our villas are and we ask that you leave their villas the same way as you found it.
An extra cleaning charge of $100.00 may be added to the cost of your stay in the villa is not left up to standard.

Socks are always hiding in the bed!
Please make sure you sign out of your smart TV. We are not responsible for Sign in-out.
Please take garbage, to the Blue dumpster located in the wooden cage.

Great Location and Accomodations
We had family from out of town including a 1 year old and used Scarlett Point so we could all get together in the area. The unit was super clean and well appointed. The accommodations were ideal for the family and they appreciated the beach, play areas and dock. We were able to pick them up at the dock for outings on our boat. The Scarlett Point team was fantastic! Thanks!

Great Resort! Highly Recommend This Spot!
You know you have found something special when you want to share it with everyone, but yet don’t want to tell anyone either so you can have it to yourself! This was our first time here with family and friends for an outdoor winter wedding, and it was perfect! The condos are beautiful and the resort staff were so helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back, perhaps be back and enjoy all seasons at Scarlett Point! Thanks for a great weekend!

Wonderful stay
Scarlet Point has become one of our favourite places to get away from the busy life in the city. My family enjoys this beautiful property and luxurious accommodation, from having your own private porch overlooking beautiful lake, fishing from your private deck. This place has it all! having all water toys like kayaks paddle board even standing paddle board was a bonus Can’t wait to visit again soon

Anniversary Celebration
This was our first time staying at Scarlett Point and the Algonquin area. The resort and villa truly exceeded our expectations. We were here to celebrate our 25th anniversary with family and friends, and had the best time at Scarlett Point. From the moment we walked into the villa, the amount of space and the large kitchen area made this an extremely comfortable and luxurious stay. There was more than enough space to accommodate our group of 8. We were fortunate to have amazing weather and utilized the paddle boards, kayaks and row boats. These were all shared with the other villas but you never had to wait to use any of the watercrafts. It was wonderful to wake up and walk down to your personal dock and enjoy a morning coffee with a view of the beautiful lake. We all loved our stay and cannot wait to come back next year! Thank you Maili, Timothy and Hunter as well as the hardworking staff for a memorable stay!!

This was our 3rd year at Scarlett Point. Three generations enjoying all the amenities. The little ones just loved the play ground area and canoe rides. Such a beautiful place to make memories !

Absolutely the very BEST!!
Our second visit to Scarlet point was even better than the first. The kids, aged 5 and 2, loved all the toys, playground and trampoline and the adults loved the kayaks and serenity of the place. We even played pickleball with the locals at the community centre and at The Lion’s park! Many thanks to Tim and Maili for their incredible hospitality….. it is home away from home! The fully equipped kitchen and bbq made meal prep very easy! Thanks for another year of great memories!

Small piece of heaven
We have been coming here for three years now and have already booked for next year. We have stayed at cottages on the beach at Wasaga and Sauble Beach in the past and we keep coming back to Scarlett Point. There is so much to do that is all included and the Kearney area is just amazing- so picturesque, friendly people and relaxing- with Huntsville round the corner for anything you need. Each villa is so clean, comfortable, spacious and luxurious. Tim and Maili run this place so incredibly well and provide that warm atmosphere that is felt by all guests and the staff. You feel like you are staying at a family’s cottage but with the professionalism of a 5 star resort management team. We always leave feeling incredibly rested and rejuvenated. My family and I recently returned from Scarlett Point. It was our first time, but definitely not our last! The villas are clean, spacious and very well-equipped. They suited our family's needs perfectly. Having our own dock and fire pit, along with access to all manner of boating craft, made this a very pleasurable stay.
