This thoughtfully designed space offers two separate levels, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking to unwind in nature while enjoying modern comfort.
The upper level features a stunning full-length balcony with breathtaking views of Mirror Bay, perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine. For a more intimate escape, the upper level can be rented on its own, creating the perfect setting for couples and “love birds” seeking privacy and tranquility.
The lower level opens to a private backyard, offering additional space to relax, play, and reconnect.

Situated just 15 minutes from the majestic Algonquin Provincial Park, which covers 7,000 square kilometers and is dotted with over 1,500 pristine lakes, our location offers unparalleled access to natural beauty and outdoor adventures.
Scarlett Point Resort boasts nine luxury villas, each perfectly suited for families or groups looking for a serene getaway.
These 2.5-story, villa-style townhouses comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests, featuring three bedrooms plus a loft-style bedroom. The layout includes:
• A master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, with river doors.
• A second bedroom—loft style, with private access to the lake view.
• A main-floor bedroom with a walk-in closet and an adjacent 4-piece bathroom. Ideal for those who prefer not to use stairs, it includes everything you need on the main floor, including a washer and dryer.
• A lower-level open-plan family room, alongside an extra bedroom equipped with two Hilton queen beds, great for children to run around and be free. TV room included.
Each villa also features a main floor and a second-story walk-out deck, offering breathtaking views and a perfect setting for relaxation.
